Heavily fuzzed stoner doom with a pure 1970s feel that brings to mind bands like Atomic Rooster, Spooky Tooth and early Black Sabbath. Their song-writing is quite impressive, however, I 'm sure they can be more inspired with their choice of cover artworks. While not quite at the same level as their newest release The Purple Skull, this album is very solid in its own right. They are the best Italian doom band in my opinion, and that is saying something at the present time. Mike Henson
